The Palm Springs Company is planning the future development
of Lot 1083 opposite Lot 1086 where the Village will be built.
The lot will be developed as a Plaza and a Residential Tower
built in the spirit of the Village Lot, as to compliment it.
The below images are sketches and elevations of the architects
view of the future development of Lot 1083 and a location plan
(the future development lot is highlighted in purple).
